1. What we process, and why
SolutionsIA only processes the data required to operate your solution:
- Business data: catalogue and stock levels from your software, used exclusively for the scanning, stock variances and reports you request.
- Scanned documents: prescriptions and documents sent to the bot, for reading and calculation ā never used for any other purpose.
- Conversations: WhatsApp exchanges with your customers, to answer them and forward the exchanges to you.
- Contact data: name, email, phone, client code ā to deliver and support our service.
2. Where the data is hosted
Your data is hosted on servers located in Europe (datacenters in France and Germany), with hosting providers applying strict security standards. No hosting outside Europe.
3. Retention period
- For the entire duration of your contract, to operate your solution.
- Technical backups are kept for as long as needed for service continuity.
- On termination: your data is returned to you (export) and then deleted from our systems within 30 days, on simple request.
4. Who has access
- Only authorised SolutionsIA staff, for installation, monitoring and support.
- Never resold, never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
- Your data is never used to train models for other clients.
5. Security
- Restricted, identified access (keys, dedicated accounts).
- Encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) on all exchanges.
- Regular backups and 24/7 monitoring of services.
6. Legal framework
SolutionsIA is committed to the Moroccan loi nĀ° 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and to the RGPD for data governed by European law. The required formalities with the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data) will be completed for any processing that requires them.

You may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or restriction of its processing:
